Paul Hyman sees real estate as a creative journey. He feels that the client/ advisor relationship can be uniquely productive if conceived as a team. Employing the synergies of such teamwork, he has been satisfying clients since founding PHP in 1995. Prior to his career in real estate, Paul photographed fashion, people and lifestyle for Japanese and American Magazines. His photographs of Morocco are in the permanent collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Paul is a member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York).

KAREN NEMETH
Senior advisor
Karen Nemeth has a natural affinity for the concept of home and an innate desire to make people happy. She earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Cooper Union, and while at school won a National Science Foundation Fellowship which took her to Ghana to study sustainable housing and help upgrade standards of living. Karen is particularly interested in greener styles of living, and she donates 10% of all her LEED or other sustainable building commissions to the World Wildlife Fund. Prior to joining PHP, Karen was a construction project manager spearheading renovations for such non-profits as The Spence School and the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Complementing her interest in architecture are her keen interpersonal skills and tech savvy that connect Karen to her clients and community. She enjoys spending time with her dog at the various Upper West Side dog runs, in addition to mountain climbing, scuba diving, and anything outdoors.

KHAULA MALIK
Senior advisor
Khaula Malik, a graduate of George Washington University, began her real estate career as advisor at PHP. She felt the focus on the buyer relationship and the creative journey very much aligned with her own values. "We approach each relationship with patience so that you, our client, may find a property that best aligns with your needs. Our goal is your goal, whatever it takes." Before working in real estate, Khaula worked in the media and entertainment industry and is also actively involved with cancer research. She brings a unique set of skills to PHP and translates them into building lasting relationships with her clients.
